Latvian University is arranging an export training course during 10 weeks, from April to June 2023. The group is limited to 15 participants, everyone gets personal mentoring. Latvian enterprises will get financial support 50-70%. Frequency: live / online sessions with experts every 2 weeks with practical assignments (your company case). Delivery: In presence / online / hybrid.
Participants of the program will gain skills in quick and specific sales techniques, develop a clear export strategy with a list of required digital resources, and create a 90-day export plan for implementation. The course includes a comparison of approaches between southern and northern European markets, giving the knowledge to choose the right market for the product. An audit will be conducted of participating company's digital channels and compare approaches to build online stores or selling platforms in southern and northern Europe. See more:
