Hiring process generally

1. Screening call 

15-30 minutes informal call with one of our recruiters. The meaning of the call is to get to know each other better and answer questions you might have related to expoNomic.

2. Meet & Greet

30-45 minutes call to meet one of our team leaders/hiring managers and learn even more about expoNomic and the specific role. No need for any big preparations.

3. Case and secondary interview

We usually share an assignment with you to further understand your experiences and approach to relevant cases you would typically meet in the role. It's all about getting to know you as a candidate.

4. Informal chat

A call where you have the opportunity to discuss relevant questions you might have, as well as meet potential new colleagues.

5. Offer

We are at this stage sure that you would be a great colleague, and now it’s time to give an offer to you.
